We're looking for a growth hacker for our team

Our BizDev team works daily and provides Falcon with new users and of course paying customers. You work with an experienced team on scalable growth. You will have direct customer contact as well as the task to critically rethink and adapt the sales process from the first contact to the expansion sale. Of course, you also have a direct influence on Falcon. Your task is to understand what the customer needs.

Examples of challenges the team will be working on over the next 12 months:

  • Optimizing of the Customer Journey
  • Establishing of SEA/SEO tactics
  • Improving our Self-Service Funnel
  • Expansion of Content Marketing
  • Events and fairs

What we are looking for

  • Empathy and the ability to present complex facts in an understandable way
  • Tech and SaaS affinity
  • Interest and initial experience in inbound and outbound marketing
  • Trust and the ability to present enterprise software online and onsite to executives and decision-makers
  • negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Mobility and willingness to travel within the DACH region (usually 1-2 days/month)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Nuturing and Content Marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Pipedrive)
  • Professional experience in a project management, consulting or private equity function
  • Professional experience in direct sales of software solutions requiring explanation in the B2B sector
  • Experience with SEA and SEO is welcome
  • Experience with transformation projects is an advantage
