Nordantech is a software company from Hamburg and was founded in 2016 by Dr. Jonas Steeger, Arne Brenneisen, and Christian Kuhs. The three founders combine many years of experience in the areas of transformation support, software development and data science. In their search for a suitable tool capable of mapping the ever more complex processes in companies and managing transformations easily, they came up with the idea for the Falcon PPM software.

Falcon enables modern strategy and implementation support for transformations and helps to structure, track and drive project portfolios forward. The tool creates a central overview of the most important measures and effects and thus contributes significantly to measurable portfolio success.
